The Company namespace is where the core classes interact to form the basic mechanics of a business. Marketing, HR,
Accounting, etc. Each department of a company is modeled in these fundamental classes.

The goal of the HR module is to emulate the needs and common practices and processes of an HR department in a
company. This should cover items from hiring an employee to keeping track of time logs to providing templates with common
policies that can be readily customized.
Definitions:
Passive Development: The code base is being built out passively as need in other areas of the project dictate.
Actively Developed: New code is actively being written. (R&D)
