Weavver Intellectual Property Contribution Agreement

NOTICE:  This document (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between you and Weavver, Inc. By signing it, you or your organization are agreeing to be legally bound by its terms. Before signing this agreement, you may want to consult an attorney. 

0. DEFINITIONS:

"Your Contribution" means any source code, object code, patch, tool, sample, graphic, specification, manual, documentation, art work, music, video, image, sound, or other creation, provided by You to Weavver via Weavver's website, Weavver’s repository system, or similar explicit process. 

“Weavver” means Weavver, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with its principle place of business located at 210 N. Malden Ave., Fullerton, CA 92832 and affiliates of Weavver, Inc.

“You” means the individual, company, or organization described below.  If you represent a company or organization, you hereby warrant that the individual signing this document has the authority to enter into this Agreement and bind the company or organization to its terms.
