Mitchel Constantin <mythicalbox>

A Southern California raised entrepreneur with a background in philosophy, psychology, information technology, and software design. Mitchel learned to build solid web applications with advanced database design from his mentor Ahab Guirguis of Database Works. Following this mentorship he built products and services for major bands and clothing manufacturers as well as helped support and design mission critical infrastructure at several datacenters in Los Angeles.

In 2008, Mitchel moved to Alabama to transfer Snap, a dialer he built for Asterisk, into Digium. There he was mentored by Mark Spencer and worked in an effort to research and drive the complicated issues involved in meeting commercial needs with open source software.

Following this successful transition and the completion of Digium's first Snap beta (since renamed to "ADA", The Asterisk Desktop Assistant) he left his post to found Weavver.

Mary An Uy <muy>
Position: Accounting
Location: Fullerton, CA

Mary An Uy is currently finishing the requirements for becoming a CPA. She is driven and self-motivated.

Her drive, focus, and love for accounting has been a great help to our team and the growth of our company.

Joan Mauri <culed>
Position: VoIP & Network Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Joan joins us from Barcelona, Spain where he used to use Snap, one of Mitchel's projects. Currently he is finding life in Los Angeles quite a new experience and is taking night classes where he is studying Business English.

He is an experienced Cisco CCNP certified, he also have other Cisco certifications: BGP+MPLS and CCNA. Joan worked previously in Barcelona as the project lead for several large (~300 seat) VoIP installations. His experience is a welcome addition to our team.

Andrew Picazo <fatcat>
Position: Support Engineer
Location: Downey, CA

Andrew Picazo is an enterprising young individual with a passion for computer electronics and ska music. He brings a fun personality and great sense of humour to our team. Andrew splits his time between running his online eBay business, promoting events, and helping support Weavver clients, products, and services.

Andrew is an experienced network technician and support engineer. He has spent many years working in and out of the datacenters in downtown Los Angeles. There he supported servers, clients, and networks using different operating systems such Linux and Windows.

Norm Mowrer <protocolman>
Position: Project Manager - HR Module / Sr. Developer
Location: Fullerton, CA

Norm's passion for software development was sparked by video game development, though he quickly switched his focus to programming business information systems upon seeing the prevalence of cots and lack of showers in local game studios. He started his career in IT 10 years ago as a field technician and jumped into software development at his first opportunity.

For the past 8 years Norm has worked in a variety of industries, developing software as varied as customer relationship management, point of sale, VoIP call centers, and payroll. Norm received his B.S. in Computer Science from CSU Fullerton. In between practicing and honing his craft, he still finds time to wrestle with his 90 year old house, keeping it dry and not on fire.

Henry Hernandez <lostangelino>

Henry has two degrees, one is an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems from I.T.T Tech. The other is also an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Brooks College. Henry has over five years experience working in a variety of computer related fields. That include Network Phone Support for D-Link, QA Lab Engineer for Epson America, Database level one administration for the University of Toyota, and is currently IS support technician for the Manitowoc Food Service. Henry also interned in a Datacenter in Los Angeles during his time in school.

Henry is excited to be part of the Weavver team and is hoping to learn and expand his knowledge of programing languages. He hopes to strengthen his knowledge of database architecture and virtual infrastructure.

Jim Webster <superfly>
Position: Business Development
Location: Huntsville, AL

Jim is a key member of our team. As the owner of TechPro Business Consulting he assists Weavver with Business Development and Marketing. Jim has over 20 years' experience in the software and telecommunications fields as a software developer, engineering manager, product manager, and program manager.

From 2004-2009, Jim worked as Digium’s Director of Software Technologies, managing Asterisk Business Edition (a linux/rPath distribution), and as Director of Technology Partnerships and Licensing, working with the Digium partners to co-market their products, and with corporate customers who licensed Asterisk. Prior to Digium, Jim was employed by Conexant Systems, where he led software teams producing Conexant's Linux BSPs and DSL modem chipsets. Jim previously held positions as a programmer and Engineering Manager at Digi International and Motorola. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Auburn University.
