There is no special software needed to use VoiceScribe™. Messages are routed through our secure servers where they are converted to text, enhanced, and then forwarded on to their original destination.
VoiceScribe™ interoperates with Asterisk® by using the standard VoiceMail application in Asterisk and common e-mail routing techniques.
